unloaded pistol in a case and use the medium or large shipping box and
declare that you are sending your pistol in for repair. I can send
directly back to you. Please print out the work order form from the website and fill it out completely.

A nonlicensee may ship a firearm by a common or contract carrier to a resident of his or her own State or to a licensee in any State. A common or contract carrier must be used to ship a handgun. In addition, Federal law requires that the carrier be notified that the shipment contains a firearm and prohibits common or contract carriers from requiring or causing any label to be placed on any package indicating that it contains a firearm.

So how long will my work take?
Generally 10 - 15 days for most jobs, just give us a call or drop me a note if you are in a hurry and I can let you know for sure. If you want special coatings call for an estimate.
Do I need to send the entire pistol in for intalling sights only.
No, you do not need to send in the frame, just the slide is adequate and you do NOT need to send the slide next day shipping like you do a pistol frame or pistol.
How long does DiamondBLACK coating take?
Typical turn around is 5-6 weeks.
Do you have instructions for your parts?
We do not have written instructions, as it is important that they person installing the parts is qualified to do so. We do have a video section that shows us installing parts on the XD/XDM?
